Paul McCartney played Citi Field in New York the stadium that replaced Shea Stadium where he and the Beatles played their legendary concert over 40 years ago.¬†McCartney recalled that night saying, “The first time we played here, we couldn’t hear a thing because of all the girls screaming and the stadium sound system”, the Associated Press reports.¬† McCartney played more than 30 songs, covering the Beatles, Wings and his solo songs.¬†

EW (Etertainment Weekly) has it’s Comic-Con preview issue with Iron Man 2 on the cover with a first at the Robert Downey JR movie. Director Jon Favreau and the cast talk about the making of this movie and the franchise itself. The film is expected to have a May 7 2010 release. Pictured on the cover are returning Robert Downey JR and franchise new comers, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Mickey Rourke as a new villian. “There are a lot more invisible eyes on us now,” Robert Downey JR said when asked about the film’s anticipation for release. The first movie seemed to come from out of nowhere and skyrocketed to being one of the biggest box-office blockbusters ever. The issue lands in stores next week.
